You may reschedule or cancel a tutorial up until 48 hours before the tutorial start time. To do so, please visit the "My Bookings" page of your account on our website. Rescheduled tutorials must take place within two calendar weeks of the date of the original booking. Gill Learning will refund the charge for a cancelled tutorial within ten business days if you cancel with more than 48 hours notice. If instead you booked with a pre-paid Tutorial Bundle, and you cancel with more than 48 hours notice, then in lieu of a monetary refund, the tutorial credit(s) used to make your booking(s) will be returned your bundle. If you tell us that you cannot attend a tutorial with less than 48 hours notice, then rescheduling that tutorial is still permitted, but you lose the right to cancel and receive a refund (whether monetary or as returned bundle credits). Rescheduled tutorials must take place within two calendar weeks of the date of the original booking. Our standard Terms and Conditions apply.
